Refine Mobile is an optional extension to the main Refine package and works with Refine, Refine Service and Refine CRM.
It is currently available for BlackBerry devices, and will shortly be available for Windows Mobile as well.
Using it will extend all Refine functions onto devices that can be used anywhere and anytime, vastly extending the reach of Refine and allowing more efficient and timely tracking of tasks and events, prospects and opportunities.
From your device you can access almost any information stored in Refine, create new data and amend existing records. In addition, activities carried out on your remote device - emails and telephone calls - can automatically be attached to the contact history stored in Refine.
Mobile activities are fully integrated with key other areas of Refine. For example:
