Order processing is at the heart of Refine.
 
Speed is the essential ingredient here, and Refine has clever technology that automatically completes information on the Sales Order Processing screen wherever possible without user assistance.
 
Users have access to detailed information about forward company-wide capacity in order to assist in expectation management and margin maximisation.
 
A user can immediately see all key information pertaining to an order:
 
  • Previous transaction history, including lost orders with reasons
  • Stock information
  • Customer premises information down to tank level
  • Any current alerts relevant to the customer or order
  • RDCO information

 

Pricing of orders is automated using one of a number of methods. Prices can also be set manually, and margins are recorded regardless of method allowing for easy analysis of where money is being made or lost.

 

There is also full support for Third Party orders

 

Using Automation & Workflow, sales orders are automatically progressed through the system for margin and credit release with users only being consulted if necessary. Provided there are no queries, the order will automatically be passed through to Routing and from there tickets are printed or the order is forwarded again directly to a vehicle using On-Board Computing.

 

Once an order is in progress, a user has a complete view of what is happening in order to enhance customer service. This can include real-time order tracking on a map if you have a suitable infrastructure.

 

Once an order has been delivered and confirmed, Refine once again progresses it automatically through to billing and invoicing using the integrated financials.

 

The aim of Sales Order Processing is to have the greatest throughput of orders, whilst at the same time ensuring operators have full access to relevant information so as to deliver excellent customer service and maximise margins on every sale.
