Refine offers you complete control of your inventory.
It handles both bulk and pack stocks, and is fully capable of operating down to batch and pot level for extremely fine control of your stock. Purchase order processing is fully integrated into stock and integrated financials, allowing you to simply control purchasing and match up deliveries to invoices.
There is complete flexibility in pricing band breaks for both purchase and sale, and also a link between products and the knowledge base in Refine to allow you store product specifications or other documents.
Purchase order processing also has multi-level authorisation workflows built-in, and there is a relationship between suppliers and stock to control what can be bought from whom along with how much you should expect to pay.
If you handle pack goods, you'll be pleased to see the advanced picking and put-away options which form part of Refine's warehouse management tools. There are a range of features dedicated to IBC handling and tracking, and also facilities for decanting or combining stock holdings.
At any time, users can see stock due in, allocations and reservations of stock going out, and the locations and availability of free stock across one or many depots.
