On-Premise and Online versions of Refine, it is appealing to both large and small distributors.
Larger distributors who are more interested in customising the system heavily will prefer a Refine on-premise installation, but smaller distributors will be drawn to our hosted Refine Online solution with which they can be up-and-running almost immediately.
Q: Will Refine integrate with existing systems?
A: We integrate with Outlook and Microsoft Office seamlessly. Security and suchlike is completely integrated with Windows Active Directory. With respect to industry systems outside of those who are already members of the
Fuel Oil Systems Alliance, if you have a system with which we have not yet integrated we will gladly open a dialogue with your supplier to create the required link.
