Jeremy Hyman
Jeremy is managing director of JSM. He is responsible for finding new customers for Refine, and working with existing customers in envisioning how Refine will work across their business to deliver the maximum benefit.
 
After qualifying with a degree in law, Jeremy worked for fourteen years with a Top 50 firm of accountants as the partner responsible for running that firm's Technology & Consulting division. He headed a Management Buy Out of JSM late in 2007, allowing the business to focus more fully on the fuel oil distribution sector.
 
Jeremy takes a very personal interest in the day-to-day operations of the business and is in close contact with all clients. He welcomes your direct contact and doesn't need much excuse to visit and persuade you that if your not interested in software, then the world of model railways is quite fascinating, really...
 
 
 
Mike Feingold
  
Mike is technical director of JSM, and has overall responsibility for every technical aspect of Refine, including its development and deployment to customer sites.
 
He has a deep knowledge of software development, having had a hand in complex sites such as marksandspencer.com. He is greatly respected both by customers and by key suppliers, and enjoys excellent relationships with his technical colleagues at our Fuel Oil Systems Alliance partners, and of course also with the technical team at Microsoft.
 
Whilst Mike loves nothing more than a difficult technical conversation, he recognises that clever software design is not an end in itself and needs to power and enhance business processes. He gets involved early on in a new project, designing any customisations or additions that might be required. He also has a hand in technical training as needed. Mike is also responsible for the data migration process of converting data from legacy systems into Refine.
 
 
 
 
Sarah Whittome
 
Sarah is project director of JSM. She is responsible for every aspect of project planning and delivery.
 
Sarah is trained in the PRINCE2 methodology of project planning and control, and applies this to every Refine installation.
 
She determines the exact scope of the project and agrees the deliverables, splitting the project into delivery phases as required. Throughout the project Sarah acts as liaison between the JSM team, yourselves, and any third parties. She develops and controls project specifications and plots expected and actual activities against the project plan and goals.
 
Sarah is the point of authority and communication once a project is underway.
